Asparagus is a associate with the lily family which includes leeks, garlic and onions. It’s a spear top with bud-like, compact and pointed head. Perhaps it may shock you that there are a couple of hundred varieties of asparagus but only a small variety is edible.

Sweet potatoes are delicious and because they are loaded with vitamins and minerals, they are considered as one of natures perfect foods. Usually we have sweet potatoes only for Thanksgiving, but because they are loaded with vitamins and minerals, sweet potatoes should be on our tables more often.
