Dear readers, do you like very tasty dry noodles? I will share with you my version of a noodle dish very popular in Malaysia :) and has a few versions depending on the stall owner. It’s called Kolok Mee, it means "Mix It Noodles" Village style comfort food. Enjoy!

Dear readers, this is a very simple dish my Mum makes as one of the dishes for the Teochew Porridge (Teochew Muay)meal, eaten with Plain Porridge or Sweet Potato Porridge. My favourite as a child :) Can be served with Steamed fluffy Plain Rice too! Enjoy.

I love fish! Its healthy and can be cooked in a variety of ways. This dish is frequently made by my Grandma as a part of Teochew Porridge meal (Teochew Muay. This meal is usually served as breakfast in many chinese families which consists of a few dishes eaten with plain rice porridge or sweet potato porridge.
This dish can be served at lunch or dinner with any plain rice or noodle as you like. Enjoy!
