one cup warm water
three teaspoons honey
two 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
3- three 1/2 cups bread flour
one 1/2 teaspoons salt
one egg yolk
one tablespoon water.

Here is a white bread we make when if the weather is too bad to go out and we need bread for lunch sandwiches. It fits the bill perfectly!
