Ground Beef and Potato Casserole

A delightful dish.

The recipes from preparation to cooking could make about 8 servings.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 40 minutes
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced potatos
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced sweet potatoes
- 2 7-gram pack Maggi Flavor-lt Meat Powder, Beef
- 1/4 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary
- 1/4 kilogram ground beef
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 250 ml brick Neste All Purpose Cream
Method
- Arrange sliced potatoes and sweet potatoes in an 8″ square baking dish.
- Bake for 10 minutes and set aside.
- Combine the meat powder, rosemary, and ground beef. Saute the beef mixture in olive oil until it is cooked.
- Drain the oil and arrange ground beef on top of the baked potatoes.
- Whisk in flour with nutmeg, ground pepper, parmean cheese, and all-purpose cream into the remaining oil in the skillet. Simmer the cream mixture over low fire while stirring constantly, until thick—-about three minutes.
- Pour the cream mixture over the potatoes and beef. Bake around 20 minutes at 250oC.
