Easy Recipe: Taco Lasagna
A quick and easy meal for taco lovers that leaves absolutely nothing to be desired!
This is so simple and quick, and really easy on the budget! It’s also very filling and tasty!
Ingredients:
8-10 Flour Tortilla Shells (soft shells)
Cheese Con Queso Dip (cheesy chip dip)
1 Can Re-fried Beans
1 Can Black Beans
1 package Mexican Rice, prepared
Shredded Taco Blend Cheese
Spread 2 tablespoons Con Queso dip in the bottom of a 14×8 casserole dish. Mix rice, re-fried beans, and black beans together in separate bowl. Layer 1 soft shell, bean and rice mix, and top with con queso dip. Continue layering almost to top of dish. Last Layer: Soft shell topped with con queso dip and shredded cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until hot. This dish is delicious alone, but you can spice it up a little by adding more cheese or topping it with sour cream after serving. You may also want to lay aluminum foil under the dish while baking to keep the mess down just in case it boils over.
