Jalapeno Corn Muffins

A recipe to make Jalapeno Corn Muffins.

½ cup margarine

¼ chopped jalapeno peppers

1cup creamed corn

1cup cheddar cheese (grated)

1cup sour cream

2eggs

1 ½ yellow cornmeal

½ tsp salt

1tbsp Baking powder

½ cup flour

Sift salt, baking powder and flour into a bowl.  Add Shortening mix, jalapeno peppers, creamed corn, cheese, sour cream, eggs and cornmeal. Bake in Corn Bread pans. (make sure the pan is greased).  Bake at 450F for 16-21 minutes Makes a good amount of food.
