Recipe for Raspberry Cheesecake Muffins
Here is yummy raspberry muffin preparation with simple instructions. No one can resist temptation from having these soft muffins. Within 20 minutes of time with Oven, it is ready to serve your family. In this, time span for ingredients mixture is not included.
Ingredients
· 3 eggs
· 1 cream cheese with quantity of 3 oz pkt
· 6 tablespoons of butter
· 1cup of fresh raspberries
· 1 cup of sugar
· ½ teaspoon of salt
· 2 cups of flour
· 2 ½ teaspoons of baking powder
· 1 ½ teaspoons of vanilla
Instructions
· Heat the oven to temperature of 400 degrees F
· Use paper cases and line the muffin tins or grease them
· Take a large bowl and beat the ingredients mentioned below:
o Cream cheese
o ¼ of Sugar
o 1 egg
o ½ teaspoon of vanilla until smooth
· Make use of saucepan to combine the following
o Vanilla
o Milk
o Butter
· Keep medium heat and stir the above mixture
· Cool the mixture later and beat the remaining eggs
· Take another bowl and combine the following
o Baking powder
o Flour
o Salt
o ¾ of sugar
· Add butter and milk to the flour and baking powder mixture until it is blended
· At last, add the raspberries and fold them into the mixture
· Divide equally for each of the tins or paper cases
· Spoon 2 teaspoons of cheese cream mixture as topping
· Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes until the muffins are firm and springy
