Egg Scramble That Kids Love a Lot
published by Mythili Kannan on Sep 29, 2009
Simple and tasty.
In the beginning I used to give boiled egg or egg, just toasted in a pan with salt added, to my son. But he started disliking the same taste. So, I just modified it a little and he loves that. Here is my modified version.
Ingredients
- Egg – 2
- Shallot (also called as small onion) – 3
- Peas (mutter) – 10 to 15
- Shredded cheese – little
- Pepper and Salt – little
- Butter – little

Method
- Heat a pan and add butter.
- Fry the shallot (cut into very small pieces).
- Add peas and fry for few minutes. I use frozen peas, and hence cooking for a few seconds is enough. If you are using other types, make sure it gets cooked properly (else cook separately and add).
- Add cheese and let it melt.
- Break the egg shells and add the contents to this.
- Add salt and pepper and scramble well
- Serve Hot
