This is a recipe my sister Meg gave me.  She has 4 kids, and we all know how much kids love pancakes.  We all also know how much college students love pancakes.  What’s the translation?  This is incredible for the college gourmet, or anyone that needs to feed a lot of people breakfast for minimal money!

Ingredients:

• 4 Eggs
• 1 Cup of Milk
• 1 Cup of Flour
• 1/2 Stick of Butter

Recipe:

• Preheat your oven to 425, with your pan in the oven(you’ll want either a cookie pan with high edges or a large roasting pan might work).  ALSO put the butter in with the pan so it melts all over the bottom
• Mix together all your other ingredients, and be sure to break up any clumps in the flour.  When the oven is preheated or if you see the butter browning at all, add your batter to the pan, get a nice thin even layer, about the size of a regular pancake in height.
• Put it back in the oven for 10-15 minutes, until pancakey perfect
• Cut it up and serve with syrup, powdered sugar, fruit, whatever you can imagine!

***You can also add fruits, chocolate, oats, whatever you want in the batter to make your own original pancakes.
