A quick evening snack.
In our place, most homes grow banana in their backyards. It’s a very common fruit. So this dish is very often prepared as evening snacks for both adults and kids.
Ingredients

Method
1. Make batter using the all purpose flour. It should be like paste and should NOT be watery.
2. Add salt and mix.
3. Add sugar only if you think the banana is not so sweet. Else not required.
4. Mix the batter evenly.
5. Cut the banana in lengthwise
6. Dip it in the batter prepared and fry it in oil (or ghee).
7. Serve it hot.
Hints: For kids, if you think the all purpose flour is not good then you can just the cut the banana and fry it directly in little ghee. Later you can sprinkle sugar on top of the fruit before serving.
This is a commonly liked snack which is called as “Pazham Pori” in Kerala, a southern state in India. The Banana varity used is called”Nendram Pazham”
