Healthy Popsicles
Don’t worry about gaining weight from these; they are healthy!

1. Mango pineapple Popsicle- In a blender puree 1 mango and 1 cup of pineapple. Transfer the puree to a Popsicle container and freeze overnight.
2. Strawberry kiwi Popsicle- Puree 2 kiwi and 2 cups of strawberries in a blender. Put into Popsicle containers and freeze over night.
3. Orange Popsicle- Puree 3 navel oranges and freeze in Popsicle containers overnight.
4. Apple lime Popsicle- Puree 2 cored granny smith apples and 2 skinned limes. Freeze overnight in Popsicle containers.
Each on makes about 3-5 Popsicles depending on how big your containers are. The last recipe is my favorite; it tastes like 7-Up.
