Tasty Recipe to Get Spinach Into Your Day
Tender fresh spinach can be found in salads, soups and many other dishes such as pasta that we consume. But, have you ever tried making spinach cakes. Here are few steps to serve four people two spinach cakes each, with active time of 15minutes and total time to be counted to 40 minutes.
Ingredients
• 2 large eggs which should be beaten

Notes

• We usually use mature spinach than the baby spinach that is immature and harvested earlier than the large-leafy one.
• Make sure you remove the tough stems when using mature spinach.
Weight and Measure
• Baby spinach and mature spinach will vary slightly. So, you can make use of both interchangeably in your recipes. Baby spinach has got mild flavor.
