Peanut Butter Logs

This is a delicious no bake treat made with peanut butter, Rice Krispies and flake coconut that takes less than an hour to make.

Ingredients:

1 cup of crunch peanut butter

1 cup of powdered sugar

2 tbsp of soft butter or margarine

1 ½ – 2 cups of Rice Krispies

Frosting:

1 cup of powdered sugar

2 tbsp of half & half

Flake coconut


Description:

Cream First 3 ingredient and add Rice Krispies.

Roll into small logs about ½ inch in diameter and 3 inches long.

Refrigerate for 45 minutes

Cover logs with frosting

Roll in flake coconut (more frosting may be needed)
