Classic Champagne Cocktail.

1/2 Teaspoon of Sugar, 1 dash of Angostura Bitters, 4 ounces iced champagne, lemon peel.

Stir sugar and bitters in pre-clilled champagne glass. Add champagne. Twist lemon peel over and drop into glass.

Royal Fizz.

Juice of 1/2 lemon, 1/2 Tablespoon Powdered sugar, 1 ounce gin, 1 egg.

Shake well and strain into 8-ounce glass, Thenfill with syphon soda water.

Americano Highball.

1 ounce Campari bitters, 2 ounces of sweet vermouth.

Pour over ice cubes into highball glass. Fill with soda water.Add twist of lemon and stir.
