Are you planning a spring or summer garden party this year?   If so, here are seven flower garden inspired drink recipes that you may want to consider adding to your bar menu.

Wild Orchid

To make a “Wild Orchid” you will need to gather together the following ingredients;

·         1 ¼ Sambista Cachaca

·         ½ ounces Crème de Noyaux

·         1 ½ ounces fresh lime juice

·         ½ ounce grenadine

Begin making the “Wild Orchid” by placing all of the ingredients into a shaker half filled with ice.  Shake the mixture vigorously and then strain it into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish it with both an orange slice and a cherry.

Rose Petal

To make a “Rose Petal” you will need to assemble together the following ingredients;

·         1 ounce DiSaronno Amaretto

·         ½ ounces Bailey’s Irish Cream

·         ½ ounces grenadine

·         2 ounces strawberry puree

·         1 scoop vanilla ice cream

·         Whipped cream for garnish

Begin making the “Rose Petal” by slowly pouring each of the ingredients, one at a time, into a parfait glass.   Garnish the drink with whipped cream and serve with a straw and a strawberry fan garnish.

Rosebud Martini

To make a “Rosebud Martini” you will need to assemble together the following ingredients;

·         ¼ ounces Campari Aperitivo

·         2 ounces vodka

·         Lemon twist for a garnish

Begin making the “Rosebud Martini” by placing all of the ingredients into a chilled martini glass.   Stir the ingredients together, add a lemon twist for a garnish and serve.

Rose Manhattan

To make a “Rose Manhattan” you will need to gather together the following ingredients;

·         ½ ounces dry vermouth

·         ½ ounces Crème de Cassis

·         ¼ ounces fresh lemon juice

·         1 ½ ounces bourbon whiskey

·         Lemon twist for garnish

Begin making the “Rose Manhattan” by placing all of the ingredients into a chilled cocktail glass.   Stir the ingredients together, add a lemon twist for a garnish and serve.

Rhododendron

To make a “Rhododendron” you will need to assemble together the following ingredients;

·         1 ½ ounces of light rum

·         ½ ounces Crème de Noyaux

·         ½ ounces fresh lemon juice

·         ½ ounces fresh lime juice

·         ½ ounces simple syrup

·         2 ounces pineapple juice

Begin making the “Rhododendron” by placing all of the ingredients into a shaker half filled with ice.  Shake the mixture vigorously and then strain it into a chilled cocktail glass and serve.

Poinsettia Martini

To make a “Poinsettia Martini” you will need to assemble the following ingredients;

·         ¼ ounces Chambord

·         ¼ ounce pineapple juice

·         1 ½ ounces of vodka

·         Lemon twist for garnish

Begin making the “Poinsettia Martini” by placing all of the ingredients into a chilled cocktail glass.   Stir the ingredients together, add a lemon twist for a garnish and serve.

Island Flower

To make an “Island Flower” you will need to gather together the following ingredients;

1 ½ ounces of rum

½ ounces of Blue Curacao

½ ounces simple syrup

½ ounces lime juice

¼ ounces grenadine

Begin making the “Island Flower” by placing all of the ingredients into a shaker half filled with ice.  Shake the mixture vigorously and then strain it into a chilled cocktail glass and serve.
