Healthy Pineapple Mango Smoothie

A delicious and healthy fruit smoothie involving only three simple ingredients!

Healthy pineapple mango smoothie recipe.

Ingredients:

-1 cup fresh pineapple

-1 mango, peeled and sliced

-10 ice cubes

Directions:

Place all of the ingredients into a blender. Blend on high until the ice is cut up thoroughly. Serve immediately in a tall glass. Enjoy your healthy pineapple mango smoothie!

Prep-time: 5 minutes Yields: 1 serving

    I am a big fan of smoothies and slush! And so I liked this recipe! Mango and pineapple combination is very healthy and light to the tongue, so it kinda re-freshens our body. My husband would like me to add non-fat milk on this one, we even tried this with oranges.

    I brought two pineapples and three mangos at krogers because they were on sell 10 for 10. I cut up both the pineapple and the mango see if they were sweet, and they were. I then decided to make some smoothies and I wanted a quick and easy recipie. I went online to find a recipe and I got this web site. I made the smoothie, and I give it an A+. I love it….. excellant!!!!!
