Carrot Meatball

Meat balls with carrots and chayote.

You’ll need:

1/4 kilo ground meat

with:

1 large carrot

1 medium chayote

1 ball onion

3 cloves garlic

1 cup all purpose flour

fish sauce, salt, mono sodium glutamate, and pepper to taste

Here’s how:

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until it becomes evenly mixed.

Make balls according to your desired size.

Deep fry in a medium heat until golden brown.
