Deep fried fish with lemon and garlic sauce.

800g Fish -bream,whole, 50g pickled leek,shredded, 60g carrot,shredded.


4 cloves Garlic chopped, 40ml lemon juice,60g sugar, 120ml fish sauce, 100ml water, 30ml vinegar, chilli chopped.

1. Wash and scale fish. Cut diagonal incision into thickest part of fish on both sides.

2. Deep fry fish in oil until golden brown and cooked.

3. Place fish on plate, sprinkle carrot,pickled leek, and the sauce over the fish .Garnish approprately.

This should serve 4 people.
