This is a delicious dish for fish-lovers! Give it a shot and you will love it!

Ingredients:

  • Boneless Fish fillets
  • Lemon – 1
  • Ingredients for marination:

                  1. Extra virgin olive oil – 50 ml

                  2. Lemon juice – 2 table spoon

                  3. Minced garlic – 1 tea spoon

                  4. Few springs of rosemary or oregano

                  5. Salt and pepper – as per your taste

Method:

  • Mix roughly all the ingredients of marination in a large mixing bowl and give it a whisk.
  • Add the fish fillets to the marinade. Coat well both sides of the fish with the marinade.
  • Keep it aside for 45-60 minutes.
  • Now grill the fish in a pre-heated oven on a medium flame.
  • Ensure both sides are cooked well. Give time depending on the thickness of the fillet.
  • Grilled fish is ready to serve.
  • Serve it hot with a squeeze of lemon.

Enjoy!

Fish can be quite bland but this is a good idea for making it more flavoursome. Thank you.

I do like fish and I’m sure this is a treat. Garlic and lemon are two of my favorite flavors.
