Grilled Fish with Lemon
This is a delicious dish for fish-lovers! Give it a shot and you will love it!

Ingredients:
- Boneless Fish fillets
- Lemon – 1
- Ingredients for marination:
1. Extra virgin olive oil – 50 ml
2. Lemon juice – 2 table spoon
3. Minced garlic – 1 tea spoon
4. Few springs of rosemary or oregano
5. Salt and pepper – as per your taste
Method:
- Mix roughly all the ingredients of marination in a large mixing bowl and give it a whisk.
- Add the fish fillets to the marinade. Coat well both sides of the fish with the marinade.
- Keep it aside for 45-60 minutes.
- Now grill the fish in a pre-heated oven on a medium flame.
- Ensure both sides are cooked well. Give time depending on the thickness of the fillet.
- Grilled fish is ready to serve.
- Serve it hot with a squeeze of lemon.

I do like fish and I’m sure this is a treat. Garlic and lemon are two of my favorite flavors.
