My easy corned beef and cabbage recipe in a pot is tasty on Saint Patrick’s Day and any day of the year. I just finished eating my simple corned beef and cabbage recipe and shared the leftovers with our helpful neighbor.
Easy Crock Pot Corned Beef and Cabbage
2 1/2 lb corned beef
Water
1/2 cup beef broth
Worcestershire sauce (dash)
Onions (fresh or dried to taste)
Dill
Rosemary
Thyme
4 quartered potatoes
3/4 cup baby carrots
1/2 head of cabbage
Place corned beef fat side down in the crock pot. Add 1/2 cup beef broth and cover corned beef with water. Add onion and dashes of Worcestershire sauce, dill, rosemary and thyme. Carefully place carrots, quartered potatoes and quartered 1/2 head of cabbage in the crock post. Simmer on high for 6-8 hours or low for 8-10 hours. Serves up to 6. Enjoy!
