Oriental Beef Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients:

2 Tbs of soy sauce
1/2 tsp of sugar
1 Tbs of oil
2 eggs, (beaten)
1kg of ground beef
1 carrot,( finely chopped)
1 celery stick, finely chopped
1 scallion or spring onions, chopped
1 tsp. fresh ginger, minced
1 clove garlic, finely minced
2 cups of cooked rice, cold preferably

Directions:

Blend together the soy sauce, sugar and salt and also pepper to taste in a little bowl and allow to set. Heat up oil in a heavy nonstick frying pan across medium to high heat. Cook the eggs about 45 seconds or so, then stirring constantly, till eggs is just set. Change eggs to a bowl and allow. Add together ground beef and next 3 ingredients to the same cooking pan over medium to heat. Sauté about 3 minutes, stirring often to break up meat, until browned. Stir in ginger and garlic and cook 1 minute. Discard excess fat. Increase heat to high and add rice. Stir-fry about 1 minute, till its heated up through. Mix  in soy sauce mix and eggs and then stir-fry for another 30 seconds longer.
