Bo Luc Lac -( Beef with Watercress Salad.)
Beef with watercress salad.
500g Beef,fillet, 500g Watercress or lettuce, 80g Onion, 1 Lemon, 5 cloves Garlic -chopped, 20g Butter, 80ml oil.
Meat Marinade.
2 cloves Garlic -chopped, 5g Salt , 10ml Soya sauce, 10ml of oil.
Onion Marinade.
10ml Vinegar, 5g Salt, 5g pepper, 10g sugar, 40ml Salad oil.
1. Cut meat into cubes. Combine with marinade. Put a side.
2. Cut onion into thin slices,marinade and wash watercress. drain well and arrange on serving plate.
3. Heat oil and butter. add garlic, meat and stir -fry . Remove.
4. Remove meat to serving plate and pour onion mixture on top of meat. Serve hot.
This should serve 4 people.
