Parmesan Breaded Shrimp with Italian Lime Couscous Salad

A recipe for a dinner with shrimp and couscous.


I just tried this recipe because my roomate makes an awesome parmessan crusted tilapia.
Ingredients:

Shrimp Ingredients
- 1/2 lb frozen shrimp (thawed, deveined, deshelled, and detailed)
- 1/4 cup parmessan grated
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs, plain
- 1tbsp paprika
- 2 tsp lemon pepper
- 2 tsp salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- Mix everything but shrimp in a bowl
- drop shrimps in the bowl and rub the breading on them
- On an oven tray, preferably with a little rack on top, place the breaded shrimp
- Put in oven for 15 mins
- Serve

Couscous Salad Ingredients
- 1/3 cup couscous
- 1/2 cup water (with a little boullion for flavor)
- 1/4 lime juiced and placed in boiling water
- 1tsp butter or olive oil
- tbsp of italian dressing
- Couscous Recipe-
- Boil water limes and oil
- stir in couscous
- cover
- Let sit for 5 mins before fluffing
- put in a bowl, toss it with a little italian dressing and some pepper
- put in freezer for 20 mins, stir again and serve
