Parmesan Breaded Shrimp with Italian Lime Couscous Salad

A recipe for a dinner with shrimp and couscous.

I just tried this recipe because my roomate makes an awesome parmessan crusted tilapia.

Ingredients:

Shrimp Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb frozen shrimp (thawed, deveined, deshelled, and detailed)
  • 1/4 cup parmessan grated
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs, plain
  • 1tbsp paprika
  • 2 tsp lemon pepper
  • 2 tsp salt

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  2. Mix everything but shrimp in a bowl
  3. drop shrimps in the bowl and rub the breading on them
  4. On an oven tray, preferably with a little rack on top, place the breaded shrimp
  5. Put in oven for 15 mins
  6. Serve

Couscous Salad Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup couscous
  • 1/2 cup water (with a little boullion for flavor)
  • 1/4 lime juiced and placed in boiling water
  • 1tsp butter or olive oil
  • tbsp of italian dressing
  • Couscous Recipe-
  • Boil water limes and oil
  • stir in couscous
  • cover
  • Let sit for 5 mins before fluffing
  • put in a bowl, toss it with a little italian dressing and some pepper
  • put in freezer for 20 mins, stir again and serve
