Jackie’s Baked Corn
A simple and easy side dish for dinner. Can’t think of something creative to make with corn, then give this a try.
Ingredients
- 1 can of creamed corn
- 1 can of whole cornel corn
- 1 stick of melted butter
- 1/3 cup of milk
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 package of corn bread or muffin mix
Method
- Stir together and bake at 375 degrees for ½ hour

At first I saw “Creamed corn” and thought “ewww” but when I saw what you were doing with it, I thought it might be okay, actually even good, will have to give it a try.
