Jackie’s Baked Corn

A simple and easy side dish for dinner. Can’t think of something creative to make with corn, then give this a try.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of creamed corn
  • 1 can of whole cornel corn
  • 1 stick of melted butter
  • 1/3 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 package of corn bread or muffin mix

Method

  • Stir together and bake at 375 degrees for ½ hour

    At first I saw “Creamed corn” and thought “ewww” but when I saw what you were doing with it, I thought it might be okay, actually even good, will have to give it a try.
