Stir fried spinach with bean sauce.

4 Cloves of garlic, 10g of ginger slices , 80g bean sauce (Tuong hot ) , 50g sugar, 30ml fish sauce ( Nuoc mam ) , 100ml oil, 500g Vietnamese spinach and water.

1. Wash the spinach. drain well.

2. Heat oil to high heat,add garlic and ginger. Stir well.

3. Add bean sauce,sugar and fish sauce, stir well. Remove to serving plate and serve.

This wil serve 4 people.
