This is a delicious recipe which is easy to prepare.

Ingredients:

3 tablespoons cornstarch

1 can condensed Beef broth

1/2 cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons sugar

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 pounds boneless beef or top round steak, cut in thin strips

4 cups sliced mushrooms (optional)

1 head Chinese cabbage, thinly sliced

2 medium green peppers, cut into 2 inch-long strips

3 stalks celery, sliced

2 medium green onions

2 cups hot cooked rice

Method:

1. Stir the cornstarch, broth, soy and sugar in a small cup. Set the mixture aside.

2. Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in 4-quart saucepan or wok over high heat. Add the beef in 2 batches and stir fry until it’s browned. Remove the beef with a slutted spoon and set aside.

3. Reduce the heat to medium and add the remaining oil. Add the mushrooms, cabbage, peppers, celery and green onions in 2 batches.

4. Serve with hot rice.
